How your data is handled

Who does what?
ShakeSERP is operated by Area81 Solutions AB (Sweden). If you received the questions through an agency, the agency is the controller and Area81 processes the data on the agency's behalf (processor).
What is collected?
Your name, company and email address (to send the month's questions) and your answers — professional judgements, experience and figures you choose to share. No sensitive personal data is ever requested.
What are the answers used for?
Your answers become the foundation of an article published on your website. They are sent to AI services (Anthropic for text generation, Voyage AI for searchable memory) solely to create your content. Your memory is sealed per client: never used for another client, and deleted when the account ends.
Website measurement
The measurement on your website uses no cookies and never stores IP addresses or individual visits — only a daily visitor count per traffic source. That is why it needs no cookie banner.
Where is everything stored?
Within the EU (Frankfurt). Email is sent via Brevo (EU). Secrets are encrypted. The full list of sub-processors is in the privacy policy.
For how long?
As long as the service is active. On termination, answers, article metadata, memory and measurement data are deleted within 30 days (accounting records are kept as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
Visitors to shakeserp.com
If you run the free analysis we store the address you entered and the result; if you leave your email we keep it to follow up about the analysis and ShakeSERP (legitimate interest in B2B contact). We never sell the data and send no newsletters without consent. To be removed: email privacy@area81.se and you are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Contact your agency or privacy@area81.se. Complaints: the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
