Honest answers to honest questions
Do I need to know anything about SEO?
No. You answer three short questions about your business — things you already know by heart. Keyword research, writing, publishing, structured data and measurement are all handled by the platform.
Does an AI write my articles? Can people tell?
The articles are built on YOUR answers — knowledge, numbers and opinions that exist nowhere else online. That's exactly what Google calls information gain and rewards. Generic AI text without your expertise is what your competitors publish.
Can I answer by voice instead of typing?
Yes. Open the interview on your phone, tap the microphone and talk — a sentence or two per question is plenty. It's transcribed and becomes the foundation of the article. Most people finish the whole monthly interview in under three minutes.
Do I get to approve the article before it goes live?
Your call. With 'Review & approve' on, every finished article waits in the portal for your yes, and you can ask Quill to adjust the tone or fix a detail before it publishes. Once you trust the flow, switch on auto-publish and it runs by itself.
What happens after the article is published?
The same article becomes an audio version (you pick the voice, with samples in Swedish and English), three ready-made LinkedIn posts and a newsletter rewritten for the inbox — all in your colours and with your logo. Does it work with my website?
WordPress connects with a small plugin that publishes the articles with a cover image and structured data. Shopify, Webflow and Wix connect via API. If you have none of those, we publish on a hub under your own domain — the articles never leave your brand.
Can I see my real search data?
Yes — connect Google Search Console yourself from the portal (we ask for read access only). You'll see which queries you already appear for, which you nearly do, and how each article moves. Rankings and traffic are measured weekly regardless, and we ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity when YOU get cited.
How fast do I see results?
Rankings are measured from day one, so you see the baseline immediately. Movement in Google typically takes 4–12 weeks per article; the quarterly report shows the whole journey. AI engines like ChatGPT often cite you sooner than that.
What if I want to stop?
On the monthly plan: cancel anytime from your portal, effective at period end. On a commitment plan the agreement runs to period end. Either way: all the content is yours and exports in one click — articles, answers, audio and data.
Do I get anything for staying longer?
Yes. Every plan contains the same thing — but the loyalty journey rewards staying: bonus articles and boosters unlock at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, and after a year you get a shareable year-in-review of the whole journey.
Where is my data stored?
Within the EU (Frankfurt), with no cookies on your website — traffic measurement is fully anonymous counting. GDPR erasure is a button in the portal, not a support ticket.
How do VAT and payment work?
All prices exclude VAT; 25% Swedish VAT is added at checkout for Swedish companies (reverse charge within the EU with a valid VAT number). You pay by card via Stripe and get a receipt for every payment — all of it also in your portal.
